She grew up in sunny Florida and moved to West Texas with her husband to grow their family's auto business. Somewhere between the wide skies and the warmth of the community, Lubbock became home.
Before real estate, Joline studied architecture at the University of Colorado Boulder. That training never left her — she reads a home for its light, its bones, its proportion, and how a family will actually live in it. Real estate became the natural meeting point of everything she loves: design, problem-solving, and people.
